Understanding your calorie intake and being aware of calories in your food will help you to create balanced meals each day for fat loss. It will also help you know how to incorporate fun foods into your day so you don’t feel deprived or restricted.

Mindful Eating

Learning how to eat mindfully, listening to your hunger/fullness cues, and being fully present whilst eating is essential in being able to being able to maintain your weight loss journey. I’ll show you exactly how to do this during a work week, on holidays and on weekends.

Binge & Emotional Eating

I’ll help you get to the root cause of your emotional & binge eating by creating a strategy unique to you to ensure we are changing this habit for good.

Self Sabotaging Behaviour

Alright, I’m interested what’s involved?

  • In our initial call we will go through in detail your goals, lifestyle, health history eating habits plus more and create a detailed plan for the next 5 months moving forward for you.

  • Each week we will have 1:1 video calls to dive deep into each the 5 elements mentioned above to ensure you know your triggers for emotional/binge eating, self-sabotaging behaviour, how to meal plan, and practicing mindful eating. In these 1:1 calls we will also ensure we are continuously seeing changes in weight, measurements, relationship with food, improvements in emotional/binge eating, and nutrition knowledge.

  • As we progress, and when I feel you are ready we will transition from weekly to fortnightly calls to help build autonomy with your eating.

  • Yes, instead of wasting time on your health journey by jumping from diet to diet you’ll understand your triggers for emotional/binge eating and how to lose weight the right way in a healthy, sustainable way.

  • It depends on your starting point, current eating habits and how much weight you have to lose. It can be anywhere from 250g to 1kg a week of weight loss. Remember, slow and sustainable weight loss is key to long term success.

  • Many of my clients stay on long term, for support, accountability and guidance. After the 5 months, we will organise a long term support program so you can continue to see the desired results. I won’t send you out on your own if you don’t feel you are ready.

  • Absolutely, whether you are vegan, pescatarian, don’t like nuts, or hate broccoli this program will work for you as it is tailored 100% to you.

  • I’m sorry this has happened to you. I believe in a healthy, sustainable approach to weight loss. This means incorporating fun foods into your diet to not feel restricted. Most clients find it easy to stick with because I ensure the plan is something you will enjoy to eat too! The truth is if you’re hungry, you’ve most likely cut your calories too low, I aim to avoid this. No one makes good choices when they are hungry!

  • It depends on your starting point. Most my clients start by following a meal plan 100% customised to them. As we go on I aim to have you in a place where you no longer need to follow a meal plan. I am to have you feeling confident that every day you are eating enough of the right food to continue on your weight loss journey.

  • Calorie counting can be tricky. Many times I have found clients previously set their calories too low, making it harder to lose weight or they aren’t tracking accurately. I will personally set your calorie intake for you and do all the tracking for you, so you just need to focus on portion sizes, mindful eating, and improving your emotional and binge eating.
