My 12 week program includes:

  • Initial Consultation - goal setting, full health history, lifestyle habits, plus more + 100% customised plan to suit your goals and needs.

  • Weekly follow up consultations to keep you on track and address any difficulties or questions you may have

  • Weekly meal plan changes

  • Calorie changes where required

  • Support via phone and email throughout.
    Investment: $350 a month - can be split into weekly or fortnightly payments (3 month minimum)

Healthy Together, Couples Program:

  • Initial Consultation - goal setting, full health history, lifestyle habits, plus more + 100% customised plan to suit your goals and needs.

  • Meal plans are kept very similar to help with shopping and also

  • Weekly follow up consultations to keep you on track and address any difficulties or questions you may have

  • Weekly meal plan changes

  • Weekly calorie changes where required

  • Support via phone and email throughout.
    Investment: $480 a month - can be split into weekly or fortnightly payments (3 month minimum)
